Peter Simpson attended the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School in September 2015 when he took the Six Month Practical Cookery Diploma. Peter owns and runs the Pennan Inn in Pennan, Aberdeenshire.This is what he said about his time at the cookery school and since he has left.
Daisy Neale attended our Six Month Practical Cookery Diploma Course in September 2011, a year after she left school. Since then she has been hard at work, which has taken her throughout the UK and to Europe. We asked Daisy to tell us what she has been up to so far and this is what she had to say.
Kelley Terlip came from the United States of America to attend our Three Month Beginners Certificate Course in September 2012. Since she left us she has been very busy building a successful career in food. We asked Kelley to tell us about her time at ENTCS and what she has done since.

Emma Louise McGettrick attended the Six Month Practical Cookery Diploma in September 2012. Since then she worked in an Edinburgh restaurant as their baker and then moved to a position with Edinburgh Chef Mark Greenaway. Emma Louise recently moved to London and is now working for chef Robin Gill.
Maria Lima, from Portugal, took the Six Month Practical Cookery Diploma in April 2015. She worked in Edinburgh for over a year before returning to Portugal. Her career is going from strength to strength. Maria told us why she chose the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School.
Pippa Denton was a student on our One Month Practical Cookery Certificate Course in May 2012. She wanted to be able to earn money in her university holidays but it led to her deciding that cooking is what she wanted to do full time and she is now working in a game lodge in Zambia.
After studying Developmental Biology at Edinburgh University, Daniela Gattegno spent three years as a research fellow at the Veterinary School at Edinburgh University.
She realised that she just wasn’t happy with her job. A bold and brave decision, Daniela left her research job to pursue her passion.
