So many of our favourite local businesses are suffering immensely due to the current situation 😥 However, it remains absolutely critical that we stay home to help curb the spread of the virus 🏠 That’s why we decided to share 7 simple steps to support local business without setting foot outside! 1️⃣ React to their post 👍😆❤️ A lot of businesses are now posting more than ever and sharing their knowledge to support their communities. Make sure to double tap their latest update! 2️⃣ Comment something nice 💭✒️💬 Why not take it to another level and leave a comment underneath as well? If you have answers to what’s posted, questions of your own or simply want to spread the love, don’t be shy and drop a comment. Even a few words make a huge difference! 3️⃣ Share their post 😍➡️ If you really enjoyed a post from your favourite coffee place, chances are your friends will too! You never know how your share will impact the lives of your connections, even if it’s just a quick laugh to brighten their day. Spreading useful information this way is very important, too. 4️⃣ Post a photo 📸🖼️ Were you ecstatic after your latest visit to the hairdresser? Or you simply can’t stop thinking about that perfect pasta you had with your loved one at that restaurant in January? Share it now to show your support! You can post it on your feed and tag them or send it to them in a DM. This way, they may share it with their audience (with your consent!) and showcase their hard work. 5️⃣ Leave a review ⭐💌 Remember that time you went to a lovely wee bistro after your friends recommended it? Hearing from someone who experienced the product or service makes it so much easier for us to make a decision and it helps businesses tremendously. Studies show that we’re more likely to leave a bad review. It’s time to twist the statistics and spread positivity. If you stayed at a hotel you loved or took a very useful course, share your review with others. 🔽❗Check out the rest of the caption in the comment below ❗🔽

🥞Fluffy Protein Pancake Recipe🥞 Let’s face it, we all need a bit of comfort food in this challenging time 💁‍♀️ What better way to sweeten our days than a scrumptious stack of pancakes? And these ones are here to have us grinning with their airy, fluffy texture and a taste reminiscent of cheesecakes. I hope we got you here! If not, here’s the final one - they are protein packed and fairly low in calories 💪 Make sure to check out our Stories to follow the process with us! 📔 . 🥚Ingredients:🥚 5 medium eggs 400g cottage cheese 30g protein powder* 85g plain flour 2 tablespoons of sugar (or a substitute) ½ teaspoon cream of tartar** pinch of salt *you can use flavoured for extra taste (vanilla or white chocolate work great!) **optional . 👩‍🍳Method:👨‍🍳 1. Preheat your pan on a low-medium heat and assemble all your ingredients. It’s best when they’re at room temperature so take your items out of the fridge 15 minutes before. 2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks into two separate medium bowls. Place egg whites into a bowl, add a sprinkle of salt and cream of tartar (both optional) and beat the whites until you get stiff peaks. Set aside. 3. In a separate bowl, add sugar to the yolks and beat them until light and fluffy. Add cottage cheese to the yolk & sugar mixture and mix briefly. Sift through the protein powder and flour and beat everything until well combined. You’ll see the cottage cheese texture beginning to diminish. 4. Add the beaten egg whites to the mixture and gently fold them in until combined. 5. Using two tablespoons of batter per pancake, fry each pancake on a minimal amount of oil (I use a spray or omit it completely on a good quality non-stick pan) covered under a lid (crucial!). When pancakes are slightly dry around the edges after about 2-4 minutes depending on the level of heat, flip them over. Be very gentle! 5. Serve stacked with your fav toppings! 🥞 Don’t forget to share your creations using #entcsrecipes! ❤ What are your favourite pancake toppings? 😍🥞 Comment below! ⬇️
