Discover the vibrant flavours of Thailand with our Thai Cuisine Class. This hands-on day will introduce you to the key ingredients and techniques behind authentic Thai cooking, from curry pastes and dressings to classic dishes like Pad Thai, Tom Yam Gai, and Panaeng Curry. After a morning demonstration and coffee, you’ll cook your own dishes to enjoy over lunch with a glass of wine (or a soft drink). The afternoon continues with more recipes to prepare and take home, bringing the taste of Thailand to your kitchen.

Thursday 30th April 2026 6pm - 8pm __________________________ Discover the secret to a perfect Japanese katsu curry! Make your own golden breaded chicken or aubergine, rich curry sauce, and a zesty cucumber and ginger salad. This is Japanese comfort food at its best.

Saturday 28th March 2026 10am - 12.30pm Viennoiserie – delicate, flaky, layered pastries such as croissants, pain au chocolat, and Danish pastries – take centre stage in this relaxed and delicious morning demonstration. Enjoy a welcome tea or coffee before learning how to laminate and shape yeasted doughs with expert guidance. You’ll watch classic pastries being made, pick up tips for using every scrap, sample a variety of bakes, and have plenty of time to ask questions throughout.
