These practical cooking courses are designed for teenagers aged between 13 and 17 years old and course durations vary throughout the year. Students will learn basic cookery skills including how to weigh ingredients accurately, how to read recipes and how to clear up as they cook.

Arrive at 9.45 am for coffee or tea whilst you watch a short demonstration and run through the day’s recipes. You will then cook dishes that will be suitable for lunch, which you can enjoy with a glass of wine.

Discover the vibrant flavours of Thailand with our Thai Cuisine Class. This hands-on day will introduce you to the key ingredients and techniques behind authentic Thai cooking, from curry pastes and dressings to classic dishes like Pad Thai, Tom Yam Gai, and Panaeng Curry. After a morning demonstration and coffee, you’ll cook your own dishes to enjoy over lunch with a glass of wine (or a soft drink). The afternoon continues with more recipes to prepare and take home, bringing the taste of Thailand to your kitchen.

Thursday 30th April 2026 6pm - 8pm __________________________ Discover the secret to a perfect Japanese katsu curry! Make your own golden breaded chicken or aubergine, rich curry sauce, and a zesty cucumber and ginger salad. This is Japanese comfort food at its best.

This three day course will teach the basic cookery skills which are essential for every cook to know. Each day you will cook a variety of dishes some of which you will eat for lunch and the rest you can take home.

Wednesday 22nd April 2026 6pm - 8pm __________________________ Fresh, fragrant, and full of flavour - learn to make Bun Cha, the Vietnamese street food classic. With lemongrass pork meatballs, cold rice noodles, and tangy nuoc cham dressing, this is a noodle dish with a lighter twist.
