Evening Classes
Tuesday 28th April 2026 6pm - 8pm Learn to create two classic desserts in this relaxed, hands-on evening class. Over two hours, you’ll make individual sticky toffee puddings with a rich butterscotch sauce and a traditional coffee and mascarpone tiramisu. Our expert teaching team will guide you through key techniques including caramel making, sponge preparation, sabayon, and sugar syrup, plus finishing tips to elevate your desserts at home.

If you’re comfortable with the basics and want to cook with more confidence, creativity and flair, this course is right for you. Over five fast-paced, hands-on sessions, you’ll explore new flavours, tackle culinary techniques, and learn to plate food that looks as good as it tastes. Perfect progression from our Beginners course or suitable for those already comfortable with basic cooking.

You’ll cook a delicious variety of dishes such as Beef Rendang, Chicken Pasanda, and Thai Jungle Curry. Enjoy your creations over lunch with a glass of wine (or a soft drink), then take home more freshly made curries to share.
