This five day course is designed for students who are about to go to college or university or who are leaving halls of residence to fend for themselves. They will learn basic cookery to help them survive healthily through their time away.

Children and Teenagers
Sunday 3rd August 2025 9.30am - 12.30pm Spend a morning together cooking delicious dishes with the family. Children (from age 9 - 16) and a favourite adult e.g. Mum, Dad, Aunty, Uncle, Grandparent, Godparent or whoever! This will be a day where teamwork is key and each adult and child will cook some simple dishes to take home for the rest of the family to enjoy. The hours are from 9.30am until 12.30 pm and the price is for each couple (i.e. adult and child)

Richard will guide you through the basic principles of food and wine matching, debunking common myths along the way. It’s a perfect opportunity for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike to expand their palates and learn from an expert.

This course is for those who feel they are complete beginners at baking. We will cover some of the basic techniques of cake and bread making so that you will feel more confident to cover other recipes at home. At the end of your baking day you will leave with a collection of fantastic baked goods. Arrive at 9.30 am for coffee and the class will start at approximately 9.45am. Lunch will be provided with a glass of wine or beer.
