The session begins at 6:00pm with an introduction to how nutrition affects skin health, exploring key nutrients, anti-inflammatory foods, and the science behind popular trends like collagen supplementation and retinol-rich foods. Well prepare a nutrient-dense smoothie bowl together that’s packed with skin-supporting ingredients, which you’ll enjoy during the class. You’ll also create your own salt scrub to take home, learn simple facial yoga exercises to promote circulation and tone, and watch a demonstration of how to make a skin-loving face mask using everyday kitchen ingredients. You’ll leave with recipes, DIY beauty formulas, and the knowledge to support your skin from the inside out.
