Build Resilience from the Inside Out
The session begins with a welcoming introduction to how nutrition supports immune function. We’ll explore the powerful gut-immune connection and key anti-inflammatory ingredients while
preparing immune-supporting dishes together. Throughout the evening, you’ll learn about seasonal eating principles, immune-boosting nutrients, and practical cooking techniques that strengthen your body’s natural defences. You’ll taste your creations and leave with recipes and strategies to build year-round resilience through food.

• Incorporating prebiotic, probiotic, and fermented fo
Dietary Requirements and Allergies:
- This course may not be suitable for those with severe nut allergies. We can accommodate a flour substitution for an individual, others in the room will still be using almond flour.
- The recipes made on this course contain the following: TREE NUTS, SEEDS AND COCONUT*
- Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or special accommodations required at the time of booking. We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.
- We do everything we can to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment and therefore our kitchens may be unsuitable for students with severe or life-threatening allergies.

Age limit
Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.
Course times
On the day, the school will be open from 5.45pm and the class will begin at 6pm. The class will be finished by 8pm, depending on the course and class size it may finish earlier.
