Scottish Beer Tasting with Food Pairings, Hosted by Tom Bruce‑Gardyne

We will explore the incredible diversity of flavours, textures and aromas in eight distinct local brews from crisp pilsners, to golden ales, IPAs and stouts. Tom will guide you through Scottish beer and Edinburgh’s key role in the story, as we taste and pair each drink and enjoy relaxed conversation in our lovely dining setting. An evening sure to delight both residents and visitors open to trying some of Scotland’s best brews.
