Monday 26th January 2026
6pm – 8pm
Join us for a relaxed and hands-on evening exploring the art and science of fermentation. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of gut health and discover how simple fermented foods can boost your wellbeing and flavour your everyday meals.
Together we’ll taste a variety of delicious fermented foods and drinks, before rolling up our sleeves to make two classic ferments – kimchi and kefir – to take home and continue nurturing.
You’ll need to bring a 1-litre Kilner-style jar and a 500ml Kilner-style jar with you for your creations. If you prefer, jars can be ordered through the school for an additional fee and collected on the day of the class.
No experience needed, just curiosity and an appetite for something new! Printed recipes are included so you can keep fermenting at home.
