This hands-on day will introduce you to the key ingredients and techniques behind authentic Thai cooking, from curry pastes and dressings to classic dishes like Pad Thai, Tom Yam Gai, and Panaeng Curry. After a morning demonstration and coffee, you’ll cook your own dishes to enjoy over lunch with a glass of wine (or a soft drink). The afternoon continues with more recipes to prepare and take home, bringing the taste of Thailand to your kitchen.
