This one-day, hands-on street food class is designed for teens who want to cook tasty, popular dishes and build real kitchen skills along the way. Participants will learn how to prepare a range of street-food–inspired recipes from scratch, with clear guidance and plenty of time cooking.
The focus is on practical techniques, flavour, and food that’s actually enjoyable to make and eat.
Recipes include:
- Vegetable samosas
- Satay chicken skewers with satay sauce
- Beef chilli nachos with guacamole
- Spicy corn ribs
- Baked cinnamon doughnuts
The class is interactive, informative, and relaxed, giving teens the chance to gain confidence in the kitchen while working through a full menu of savoury and sweet dishes. You will enjoy some of the dishes for your lunch and the rest is your to take away and enjoy at home.

- Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or special accommodations required at the time of booking. The recipes for this course can be adapted for vegetarians. We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.
- We do everything we can to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment and therefore our kitchens may be unsuitable for students with severe or life-threatening allergies.
