Discover the bold, vibrant flavours of Mexican street food in this relaxed, hands-on evening class. Over two enjoyable hours, you’ll learn how to make your own corn tortillas from scratch, then use them to create delicious fish tacos, alongside smoky, spiced corn ribs.
Led by our friendly and supportive teaching team, the class focuses on building layers of flavour and learning how to use spices confidently – showing you how to get great depth of flavour without overdoing the chilli. You’ll gain practical skills and techniques that are easy to recreate at home.
Suitable for absolute beginners and more experienced cooks alike, this class offers a welcoming environment where you can cook, learn, and enjoy great food together.
