In this half day session, you’ll master the art of whisking egg whites to perfection, explore the foundations of both sweet and savoury soufflé bases, and learn the techniques that help these delicate dishes rise.
You’ll learn to make:
- A delightfully decadent cheese souffle to impress your diners
- A foolproof, twice-baked goats cheese soufflé with a golden crust and velvety centre
- A light, airy fruit soufflé that’s as elegant as it is indulgent

Age limit
Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.
Course times
On the day, the school will be open from 9.15am and the class will begin at 10am. The class will be finished by 12:30pm, depending on the course and class size it may finish earlier.
