The event will kick off with a fascinating presentation, where you’ll learn about the essentials of pairing wines with different foods. Then, indulge in a tutored wine tasting session, featuring six carefully selected wines paired with a variety of matching dishes to enhance your tasting experience.
Originally from the Loire Valley and the son of restaurateurs, Richard has been involved in the Hospitality and Wine Industry for over 35 years. Co-founder of l’Art du Vin, a Dalgety Bay based Wine Merchant that specialises in importing artisan wines with a strong focus on organic wines, Richard is a holder of the Level 4 Diploma in Wine with the WSET and a certified educator for WSET Level 2 in Wine qualification.
