On Wednesday 16th July, we are opening our doors to prospective students for an exciting evening exploring our professional course offerings and potential careers in food and drink.
This free event will run from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, guests will get an exclusive chance to tour our professional teaching kitchens, speak with our chefs and alumni, and learn more about the one, three, and six-month professional cookery courses that have launched hundreds of culinary careers.
Whether you’re a recent school leaver, planning a gap year, considering a career change, or simply passionate about food, our open evening is the perfect introduction to life at ENTCS. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the application process and accommodation options in the heart of Edinburgh. So, if you are anyone you know is interested this is the prefect chance to ask all of your burning questions and explore our gorgeous building.
Founded by Fiona Burrell, former Principal of Leiths in London, ENTCS is proud to be one of the UK’s leading independent cookery schools with graduates going on to many different roles across the culinary industry.
