Saturday 4th October 2025  2pm - 5pm  During this 3-hour hands-on chocolate bars and bites course you will create some tasty, fun and novelty chocolate items, including truffle pops, lollipops, chocolate bomb and infused chocolate. We will briefly cover tempering of chocolate and other useful information.   Suitable for those without previous chocolate experience, those wanting to refresh their skills, or anyone who loves chocolate and wants to have a fun half day out!
