Asian Cookery Evening - Vietnamese
Take your taste buds to Hanoi with this hands-on class dedicated to Bun Cha, one of Vietnam’s most iconic dishes. You’ll make juicy lemongrass and pork meatballs, prepare perfectly cooked cold rice noodles, and bring it all together with nuoc cham – a sweet, sour, salty, and spicy dressing that makes the dish sing. Along the way, you’ll discover how to balance bold flavours the Vietnamese way and how to use fresh herbs to add fragrance and freshness to your meals. By the end, you’ll have a delicious bowl of Bun Cha and the skills to recreate this vibrant dish whenever you like.
