Asian Cookery Evening - Japan

Katsu curry is one of Japan’s most loved dishes… and now you can master it at home! In this relaxed, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to breadcrumb and fry the chicken to perfection, make a flavourful, velvety curry sauce from scratch, and balance it all with a crisp cucumber and ginger salad. You’ll be sure to impress dinner guests your restaurant-quality chicken katsu curry.

You’ll get plenty of practical tips on Japanese cooking, from choosing the right ingredients to creating authentic flavours in under 2 hours. By the end of the night, you’ll have your own freshly made katsu curry to enjoy – a new family (or date night) favourite you’ll be proud to recreate again and again.
