Turn any occasion into a food fiesta with an evening of irresistible Spanish tapas! In this lively 2 hour hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to create four classic crowd-pleasers that are perfect for sharing, celebrating, and snacking in style.
Together we’ll make:
• Patatas Bravas – crispy golden potatoes with a punchy bravas sauce
• Pan con Tomate – the ultimate simple but perfect Catalan tomato toast
• Gambas al Ajillo – sizzling garlicky prawns infused with chilli and olive oil
• Chorizo al Vino – smoky chorizo simmered in rich red wine
Whether you’re a confident cook or a total beginner, our relaxed, supportive kitchen is the perfect place to build your skills. You’ll pick up chef-approved hints, tricks, and tasty shortcuts that you can use long after the class ends.
Expect and evening of delicious flavours, plenty of kitchen skills and a vibrant tapas spread you’ll be proud to take home.

- This course is not suitable for vegetarians.
- Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or special accommodations required at the time of booking. We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.
- We do everything we can to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment and therefore our kitchens may be unsuitable for students with severe or life-threatening allergies.

Age limit
Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.
Course times
On the day, the school will be open from 5.45pm and the class will begin at 6pm. The class will be finished by 8pm, depending on the course and class size it may finish earlier.
