Over two hours, you’ll make individual sticky toffee puddings with a rich butterscotch sauce and a traditional coffee and mascarpone tiramisu. Our expert teaching team will guide you through key techniques including caramel making, sponge preparation, sabayon, and sugar syrup, plus finishing tips to elevate your desserts at home.
