Saturday 28th February 2026 6.45PM – 9.45PM Join us for the inaugural Chef’s Table at the school, marking an exciting new chapter in our culinary events programme. We are delighted to present a special collaboration with Scott Smith of Blank Plate Creative, formerly of the award-winning restaurant Fhior, known for its innovative approach to Scottish produce. Expect a menu that is focused, balanced, and full of character, while using both old and new techniques to draw out the purest expression of each ingredient.

Wednesday 25th February 2026 10am - 4.30pm The WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 1 Award in Wines is a beginner-level qualification for wine enthusiasts and hospitality professionals. Taught by Richard Bouglet from L’Art du Vin, this one-day course is fully accredited by Ofqual as a Level 1 Vocational Qualification. This course includes guided tastings, food and wine pairing exercises. Upon successful completion, you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

Monday 16th March 2026 - Wednesday 18th March 2026 10am – 4.30pm The WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 2 Award in Wines is a beginner- to intermediate-level qualification exploring wines, suitable for industry professionals and wine enthusiasts. Taught by Richard Bouglet from L’Art du Vin, this three-day course is fully accredited by Ofqual as part of the UK Government’s Qualifications & Credits Framework as a Level 2 Vocational Qualification. This qualification is intended for beginners wishing to learn about a wide range of wines or those seeking to build on the introductory knowledge gained with the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines. You’ll gain knowledge of the principal and regionally important grape varieties of the world, the regions in which they are grown, and the styles of wine they produce. Through a combination of tasting and theory, you’ll explore the factors that impact style and quality and learn how to describe these wines with confidence.
