10.30am – 4.00pm
These courses are designed for teenagers aged between 13 and 17 years old and course durations vary throughout the year. Students will learn basic cookery skills including how to weigh ingredients accurately, how to read recipes and how to clear up as they cook. They will learn to produce simple dishes using seasonal ingredients, which they’ll remember well into their adult years. Every morning they’ll cook their lunch and in the afternoon they will cook dishes they can take home. The hours are from 10.30am until 4.00pm.

- Cake making
- Cooking fish
- Cooking vegetables
