    This 6 month course is perfect for people wishing to undertake training that will equip them with the knowledge and skills for a career in the food industry. The first term starts by covering basic cooking techniques to give a solid grounding in culinary skills and the second term focuses on developing skills and more advanced techniques.

      This six-month course is the Three Month Beginners and Intermediate/Advanced courses combined. We run two diplomas a year, the first one starting in late September and, with a break for the Christmas holidays, finishes in late March. (Visit Beginners Certificate Course and Intermediate/Advanced Cookery Course for details.) A second Diploma covering the same curriculum starts in April and runs until September with a short break in June. The Diploma course has been awarded the Best Diploma in the UK by Looking to Cook
