10.00am – 11.30am
Scones come in many different shapes, sizes and flavours. Whether it is a plain or fruit scone to eat at teatime with jam and butter or clotted cream, or a savoury variety to have with lunch. There is an art to making them that involves a quick light touch and a soft dough. In this masterclass we will explain the science behind making the best scone and we will make three different flavours so by the end of the class you will be a scone wizard! We will pack your scones up to take away with you.
If you have a group of 8 or more who would like to do this class please contact us on info@entcs.co.uk or telephone 0131 226 4314. If your group is fewer than 8 please contact us for prices.
