1.30pm – 4pm
Macarons have become very popular in the last few years. They are tricky to make, but with our expert tuition you will understand the process and be able to make your own at home. In this 2 ½ hour class we will take you through our method for making macarons, how to colour them with food gel and how to work on the all-important macaronnage stage of the process before piping them out. You will also make two fillings: chocolate ganache and fruit. At the end of the class you will be pack up your macarons to take home.
If you have a group of 8 or more who would like to do this class please contact us on email@example.com or telephone 0131 226 4314. If your group is fewer than 8 please contact us for prices.
