Nourish your body, calm your mind, and join us for a transformative evening workshop exploring the powerful connection between how we eat and how we feel. Discover intuitive eating principles that help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom, while learning practical strategies to support digestive wellness and mange the impact of stress on nutrition.
The session begins at 6:00pm with a welcoming introduction to mindful eating concepts. You will watch a demonstration of almond flour ginger cookies together, a naturally gluten-free, refined sugar-free treat that’s as nourishing as it is satisfying, before engaging in mindfulness-based tasting exercises exploring different flavours and sensations.
Throughout the evening, you’ll learn stress busting breath work techniques and practical tools for supporting digestive health that you can integrate into your daily life. We’ll conclude with a guided meditation and time to reflect on the experience. What we’ll explore:
• Mindful tasting exercises
• Breathwork techniques for stress relief
• Intuitive eating principles
• Herbal tea preparation and mindful drinking
Dietary Requirements and Allergies:
- This course may not be suitable for those with severe nut allergies. We can accommodate a flour substitution for an individual, others in the room will still be using almond flour.
- The recipes made on this course contain the following: TREE NUTS, COCONUT, CHOCOLATE AND DAIRY
- Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or special accommodations required at the time of booking. We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.
- We do everything we can to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment and therefore our kitchens may be unsuitable for students with severe or life-threatening allergies.

Age limit
Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.
Course times
On the day, the school will be open from 5.45pm and the class will begin at 6pm. The class will be finished by 8pm, depending on the course and class size it may finish earlier.
