On this one day workshop learn how to cook delicious fish and shellfish recipes. We will explain what to look for when choosing fish and how to prepare it but the main emphasis will be on how to cook fish in order to get the best from it and how to avoid overcooking it. We will demonstrate how to make delicious and simple fish stocks to be used with your recipes. Below is an indication of what might be covered during a days course but it does depend on availability.

This course is suitable for adults of over 16. Children aged 14 and above can attend but only when accompanied on the course by an adult. Please check with the school before booking if you have any queries about this.
