Learn to cook new dishes at a Saturday practical cookery class in our stunning kitchens. These cookery courses are designed to inspire you with new ideas for dinner party dishes.
Arrive at 9.45 am for coffee or tea while you watch a short demonstration and run through the day’s recipes. You will cook three courses suitable for dinner parties. You can then enjoy the meal, in our beautiful dining room, with a glass of wine. The day will finish at approximately 2 – 2.30pm- giving you plenty of time to go shopping.

Celeriac, Hazelnut and Truffle Soup
Roast Venison with a Sloe Gin and Blackberry Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Savoy Cabbage
Chocolate, Ginger and Honeycomb Cheesecake
