Delicious Desserts

9.45am – 4.00pm

The day starts at 9.45am with coffee and a short demonstration of the techniques to be used during the day. You will then head to the kitchen and start cooking. We have a break for lunch, which is served in our beautiful first floor dining room with views across to Fife. After lunch you will finish off the recipes, ready to pack them up and take them home at 4pm.
