9.45am – 3.30pm
Most people like a curry but they come in so many different styles depending on where you are in the world. On this one day workshop we take you through the tastes, flavours and spices of the dishes below and in one day we travel from, Burma, to India, Indonesia and Thailand. Arrive at 9.45 am for coffee or tea whilst you watch a short demonstration and run through the day’s recipes. You will then cook dishes that will be suitable for lunch, which you can enjoy with a glass of wine. We will continue cooking in the afternoon and will prepare more dishes for you to take home and enjoy!
The dishes which may be covered on this course are:
Burmese Prawn Curry with Rice Noodles
Panaeng Style Curry with Prawns
Hyderabadi Lamb with Tomatoes
Red Lentil Dahl with Garlic and Mint
Indonesian Stir Fried Rice
“Thank you Fiona (and team) for today’s course. You have most certainly converted me to the joy of curries. I had a brilliant time and would recommend you to absolutely everyone, no hesitation.” Julie Cushley
