This one day course at Edinburgh New Town Cookery School is a must for chocolate lovers. We will show you how to make different chocolate puddings, desserts and treats whilst also learning about meringues and pastry. We will give you advice on which chocolate to choose for cooking different recipes and also how to avoid chocolate disaster! You will have a bag full of chocolaty treats to take home at the end of the day!

Double Chocolate and Raspberry Meringue Roulade
Orange Citrus Tart with Chocolate Pastry
Chocolate Macaroons with Chocolate Ganache
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Spicy Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies
This course is suitable for adults of over 16. Children aged 14 and above can attend but only when accompanied on the course by an adult. Please check with the school before booking if you have any queries about this.
