- Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or special accommodations required at the time of booking. We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.
- We do everything we can to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment and therefore our kitchens may be unsuitable for students with severe or life-threatening allergies.

Children will be taught cooking skills using the best seasonal ingredients, cooking dishes that they can easily recreate at home.

This will be a day where teamwork is key and each adult and child will cook some simple dishes to take home for the rest of the family to enjoy. The hours are from 9.30am until 12.30 pm and the price is for each couple (i.e. adult and child)

These practical cooking courses are designed for teenagers aged between 13 and 17 years old and course duration vary throughout the year. Students will learn basic cookery skills including how to weigh ingredients accurately, how to read recipes and how to clear up as they cook.
