This course is for those who feel they are beginners at baking. We will cover some of the basic techniques of cake and bread making so that you will feel more confident to cover other recipes at home. At the end of your baking day you will leave with a collection of fantastic baked goods. Arrive at 9.30 am for coffee and the class will start at approximately 9.45am. We will stop for lunch and carry on baking in the afternoon. The day will draw to a close at approximately 4.00 pm.
