Latest Coronavirus Updates
[Updated 19th April 2021]
We are happy to announce we are reopening the school on 1st May. The cookery school is running courses both during the week and at weekends. We take everyone’s safety very seriously and we ask that everyone reads the detailed joining instructions, which will be sent to you prior to your course, very carefully. We also request that everyone arrives wearing a mask and continues to wear it during the demonstration and when moving around the building. We have safe distancing in the kitchen and perspex screens between the tables. At this time, we are still unable to serve alcohol with lunch and non-alcoholic alternatives will be offered. We look forward to seeing you here and would ask you to give us as much warning as possible if you are not able to attend so that we can, hopefully, fill your space. The best way to contact us is via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 0131 226 4314. Please take a look at our Course Calendar to see what’s currently on.

If your course is cancelled we will write to let you know the replacement date. We write to everyone and it may be if you haven’t heard that we only have the contact details of the person who gave you the course or it has gone into your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and put us into your safe senders list. Please contact us if you haven’t heard and please also confirm receipt of our email. We are looking forward to seeing you all again and would like to thank you for your patience during this very difficult time.
[Updated 4th January 2021]
In light of the announcement by The First Minister of Scotland in the Scottish parliament today it is with a very heavy heart we have to announce that the cookery school will remain shut for all of January. We will review the situation depending on the announcements by the government about Educational establishments. We will write to everyone who is booked on a course in January via email in the next few days to rearrange your course dates. We will also arrange to extend gift vouchers but please contact us telling us your voucher number so that we can do this. It can take time to work through all the courses and arrange new times for people but rest assured we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please check your spam boxes to check for our emails if you do not receive one from us. The school phone is not manned at the moment so the best way to contact us is via email at email@example.com
We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the cookery school once it is deemed safe to do so by the authorities. We will still be posting on social media: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and so for up to date content from us, recipes and information please follow us.

Although we are expecting lockdown regulations in Scotland to ease a little in the next couple of days, we do not have a firm date when we can re-open. If you haven’t received anything from us please check your spam folder or write to us at email@example.com
