Latest Coronavirus Updates
[Updated 29th June]
I am delighted to tell you that we will be opening the school on the 15th July and that our first course will be Journey to the Middle East on Saturday 18th July. This is provided the Scottish Government guidlines stay the same and there is no spike of infections in our area. We are putting in various safety measures which you can read about here .
We have written to everybody who was booked onto a cancelled course and in most cases offered an alternative date. If you haven’t received the email please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
We are really keen to get back into the kitchen and want to thank all our customers and students for their patience during this very difficult time. You have all been wonderful and this support has really kept us going. Thank you so much.
[Updated 27th May 2020]
Although we are expecting lockdown regulations in Scotland to ease a little in the next couple of days, we do not have a firm date when we can re-open. We are taking this time to work out safety measures to keep people safe when attending the cookery school. Once we are open again for courses, we will be able to let people know exactly what these are before they attend their course. We are in the process of postponing courses on our timetable until the 19th June and will write to everyone who is booked to let them know the new dates. If you haven’t received anything from us please check your spam folder or write to us at email@example.com
Once again thank you for your patience whilst we re-organise our timetables. It has been such a difficult time for everyone and we have been overwhelmed by the support of our customers and the lovely messages we have received. Thank you so much and we look forward to welcoming you to the cookery school as soon as it is safe to do so.

[Updated 19 March 2020]
In the current crisis and danger to health by Covid-19 we have carefully listened to advice from the Government who have advised that people stay away from public areas and gatherings. The health and safety of all our customers, students and staff is of paramount importance to us and therefore we are postponing our courses until the week of the 20th April, although we will be continuing to review our programme taking in the latest advice. We are contacting, individually, everyone who is booked onto a course up until the 20th April offering a new date later in the year. We do hope you will keep your booking with us and postpone as we are really looking forward to seeing you all later in the year. You will understand that at this time we are dealing with a lot of emails and calls and also processing a lot of new bookings which all take time but rest assured we will contact you. If you haven’t heard from us please check your spam filters or telephone us but it would be very helpful if you could email in the first instance.
We will still be posting on social media: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and so for up to date content from us, recipes and information please follow us. This is a very hard situation for everyone but we are in it together and by supporting our communities we will get through it. We look forward to starting up the courses again when it is safe to do so and will see you all then.
