Keri Pallister – Teaching Assistant and Reception

Keri was born in Kenya and moved to Edinburgh in 2012 to study Biomedical Science at Edinburgh University. While still a student, she helped at ENTCS as a kitchen assistant and did a few catering jobs involving basic food prep and waitressing. After graduating, she carried on working part time for ENTCS and then worked for various catering companies helping with food prep, cooking and waitressing. Since September 2017, Keri has been working full time at ENTCS doing a variety of jobs which include helping to run the kitchens, working on Reception on Wednesdays and helping with the Saturday courses and corporate events. When she can, she still finds time to do catering jobs outside the work she does at the cookery school.
