Cookery workshops and Whisky Tasting

The day starts at 9.45 am. As you have a cup of coffee or tea we will give you a short demonstration and go over the days recipes. You will spend the morning cooking a three course dinner party with all the help and advice you need. This will form the basis of a relaxed lunch, after which our whisky expert Tom Bruce-Gardyne will take you through a tutored single malt tasting, before the day draws to a close at around 3.30pm.
