Pastry and Puddings

This one day workshop on Pastry and Puddings is day 2 of the Baking, Pastry and Bread Three Day Course. Learn how to make delicious light pastry and indulgent puddings that will delight you and impress your friends. You can choose to do one day of the course or two days or all three days.

The day starts at 9.45am with coffee or tea and a short demonstration of some of the skills you will learn. After a morning cooking you will break for lunch with a glass of wine and continue cooking in the afternoon. The day will draw to a close at approximately 4pm.
